Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
To secure your spot simply pop a non refundable £50 deposit (£100 for our parties longer than 90 minutes) across to us.
You’ll need to pay the remaining balance 7 days before your party/event date.
We aim to be with you 15-20 minutes early to set up your gaming experience. Traffic can sometimes slow us down but we will make sure you get your full gaming time!
We can host up to 10 but strictly for ages 7+
All we need is a spot to plug in a socket to power the van, we carry internet on board but if for any reason signal isn’t great in your area we may need to run and Ethernet cable to your broadband router. Slow internet is completely out of our hands.
Health and Safety
Food and drink must stay outside the van to keep everything clean and tidy!
Break our stuff with being too rough, we will send you the bill! We reserve the right to end a session early if behaviour is unsafe, aggressive or disruptive. No refunds will be given in this case.
Parking
We do need about 8 metres ( 2 car lengths ) to park safely. Make sure your driveway or spot is ready for us.
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and legal parking access for the gaming van. We wont park where we’d get a ticket, block traffic or any danger risks. If we get any fines its on you to pay it!
We’re not liable for any damage to your driveway or lawn. Check your space before we arrive.
Slopes are cool but no steep hills!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party/event may receive a refund, minus your deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in no refund but we can rebook within 3 months.
All cancellations must be emailed to us.
If we can’t make it for any reason (vehicle breakdown, staff illness, extreme illness) we reserve the right to cancel however a full refund or alternative date will be offered. Your choice!
If for any reason we can’t park safely when we arrive we may have to cancel the party and no refunds will be given so please make sure you’ve planned ahead for our arrival.
Photography and Social Media
Photos or videos may be taken for social media purposes.
If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing before the event/party.
