Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

Get in touch with our team to organise your booking via email - info@thegamecruizer.co.uk
We will ask for the address as we have an additional travel fee depending on distance. Please be expected to pay a fee if you are further than 30 minutes from East Hanney.
To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £50 (£100 for a party/event is longer than 90 minutes) must be paid.
The remaining balance will need to be paid no later than 7 days before the booking.

On the Day of Your Booking

We aim to be with you 15-20 minutes earlier to set up your gaming experience. Traffic can sometimes slow us down but we will make sure you get your full gaming time!
The van can accommodate up to 10 gamers but strictly aged 7+.
To power the van we require our lead to be plugged into your mains.
We carry internet onboard but if for some reason signal in your area is poor we may need to attach an Ethernet cable into your broadband router. Slow internet is completely out of our hands.

Parking

We require about 8 meters (2 car lengths) to safely park the van. Please make sure your space is empty when we arrive.
The host is responsible for ensuring safe and legal parking for the gaming van.
We wont park if it will block traffic, get a ticket or cause any danger risks. If we do get a ticket it’s up to the host to pay.
We are not liable for any damage to your driveway or lawn. Please check your space before we arrive.
Slopes are cool but no steep hills.

Health and Safety

Food and drink is NOT allowed in the van, we aim to keep it neat and tidy.
Break our stuff with being too rough and we will send you the bill.
We reserve the right to end your session early if your behaviour is unsafe, aggressive or disruptive. No refunds will be given in this case.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to us.
A cancellation made 7 days or more before the event/party may receive a refund - minus the deposit.
A cancellation made less than 7 days before the event/party will receive NO refund but you may rebook within 3 months from the original date booked.
If for some reason we can not make it on the day (vehicle breakdown or staff illness) we reserve the right to cancel, however we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date. The choice is yours.
If for any reason we cannot park safely when we arrive we will cancel your event/party and no refund will be issued, so please make sure you have sorted a sufficient area we can park prior to your event.

Photography and Social Media

Photos or videos may be taken for social media purposes, if the host allows us to do so.
If you do not consent to this, please inform us by email before your event.
